Yahoo : Cruise lines are willing to follow 74 'best practices' to sail again, including mandating passengers wear masks and get tested 1 to 5 days before departure

The Healthy Sail Panel sent the report to the CDC, who has until next Monday to comment. The plan has 74 points that allow for cruises to restart.
